AI Transformation Coach

Live demo

Solo — design, build, deploy

An AI coach that answers only from a curated content library — retrieval-augmented generation over a vector database, with every answer citing the source it drew from. It recommends practices, generates journal prompts, and refuses anything outside its library instead of making things up.

  • RAG over a pgvector database — answers grounded in the source docs, with citations shown in the UI
  • Tool-using agent picks between searching the library, recommending a practice, or generating a journal prompt
  • Refuses off-topic questions instead of hallucinating — the grounding is visible, not just claimed
  • Gemini through its OpenAI-compatible API, so the model provider is swappable in one line
  • Next.js
  • TypeScript
  • Supabase
  • pgvector

Solaire — Cash Float Management

Engineer — access control & backend

Cash handling for a casino floor: float bags, counts, and cage operations, governed by strict role-based permissions and a complete audit trail.

  • Keycloak RBAC with granular permissions (manage float bags, view, audit logs)
  • Permissions enforced server-side on every endpoint
  • Roles as named bundles of capabilities, mapped cleanly to job functions
  • Spring Boot
  • Java
  • Keycloak
  • Postgres

Slack AI Assistant

In development

Solo — design & build

A Slack bot you chat with in plain English. It reasons with Google Gemini and acts across Gmail and Calendar — searching and drafting email, checking the schedule, booking meetings — and always asks before doing anything irreversible.

  • Tool-using agent loop: Gemini picks a tool, the bot runs it and feeds the result back until the task is done
  • Six tools across Gmail and Calendar — search, read, send, list events, find free time, create event
  • Send and book actions gated behind a Slack confirm button — nothing irreversible without an explicit OK
  • Slack Bolt over Socket Mode — a persistent WebSocket, no public URL, runs anywhere
  • TypeScript
  • Node
  • Slack Bolt
  • Gemini
  • Gmail API
  • Google Calendar
  • OAuth

How I work

An AI agentic workflow.

I run AI agents — orchestrated with Claude Code — to design, build, and check work in parallel. The tooling isn't the point. The result is: features ship fast, and ship right.

Shipped

Features go out the door — built, integrated, and running. Not stuck at “almost done.”

Quality

Tested, secured, and documented — so it holds up and never becomes a black box.

Fast

Agents work in parallel, so weeks of work compress into days.
